Welcome to the Little Victories Community Shop. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our online shop, ensuring a fair and transparent purchasing process in compliance with the consumer protection regulations of Germany and the European Union.

Refund and Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Please note that perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are not returnable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

Return Process:
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Items should not be sent back to the manufacturer. Contact us at for return instructions.

Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be issued for items not in their original condition, items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit upon the return of the item. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns
