Welcome to the Little Victories Community Shop. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our online shop, ensuring a fair and transparent purchasing process in compliance with the consumer protection regulations of Germany and the European Union.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return:
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Please note that perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are not returnable.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Items should not be sent back to the manufacturer. Contact us at info@little-victories.de for return instructions.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be issued for items not in their original condition, items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please recheck your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at info@little-victories.de
Sale Items:
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not refundable.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at info@little-victories.de
If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit upon the return of the item. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Return your product to: Im Winkel 19, 14195, Berlin, Germany. You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
